Email and registration key issues

A number of our clients have reported problems receiving registration keys.

We send out registration keys within 24 hours of purchase (for Paypal and Share IT purchases). If you have not received your registration within 24 hours, please do the following:

• Check your email filter rules. You should allow emails from the following domains:
• backupassist.com (our product domain)
• cortexit.com (our company domain)
• Check for emails sent to you from one of our two domain names that may be intercepted by mail rules.

Please note: we do not send unsolicited emails, grab email addresses from websites, etc. so there is no danger of receiving SPAM from our email addresses.

We also have reports that some emails take two or three days to reach their destination. An email that we send out on Monday may only arrive at our client's inbox in Wednesday or Thursday.

Before emailing us, please remember that if you cannot receive the registration key email from us in the first place, you probably won't receive any other emails from us either.

Therefore, there are two recommended solutions:

1. Email us with several alternative email addresses where we can reach you, and your order number, and we will resend the registration keys to these email addresses.
2. If you need your registration urgently, contact us via phone on +61 3 9899 4681. If you ring outside of office hours, please leave your name, contact phone number and order number, and timezone we will call you back as soon as possible.

We are not sure why some are experiencing difficulties with receiving emails from us, and we ask for your understanding should this happen to you.
